CULTIVO Machine-age agriculture
Closed-loop cultivation · est. 2026

The cultivation OS that stays true even when nobody opens it.

Cultivo keeps your production plan, floor activity, inventory, and sellable dates in sync—without turning growers into data-entry clerks.

When reality changes, Cultivo asks the right person one simple question in Slack or WhatsApp. Their answer updates the plan, records the decision, and keeps cultivation, post-production, inventory, and sales aligned.

What changes

Know what is happening—and what changes next

from the floor to the sellable date
01

Keep sellable dates current

When harvest moves, Cultivo updates dry, trim, testing, packaging, and the date sales can confidently promise.

02

Catch downstream conflicts early

Cultivo warns the next crew before a delayed harvest creates a room, labor, or dry-capacity conflict.

03

Capture the record as work happens

Your crew answers one plain question. Cultivo updates the plan and records who confirmed the change.

The problem

Every grow runs on two sets of books

field notes · recorded interviews and facility walks

Your plan lives in the schedule. Reality lives with the crew. When a harvest, room, or handoff changes, downstream teams usually learn too late. Cultivo closes that gap without asking growers to live in another system.

"Nine growers out of ten will not touch a computer. You have a gun to their head, they're not going to do it."
Cultivo's founder, after 16 years operating
"Information moves through conversations, not systems."

How it works

Plan, capture, respond

one confirmed change updates the operation

Plan

Build cycles against real room windows, mother capacity, day counts, and downstream constraints.

Capture

Record harvests, moves, weights, and waste at the door, on a phone, or by answering the agent. Completing the work is the log entry.

Respond

Update every affected room, handoff, capacity forecast, and sellable date—then use the completed cycle to improve the next plan.

↩ every completed cycle improves the next plan ↩
The agent

Keep the plan current without chasing updates

When something drifts, Cultivo asks the accountable person one plain question. After confirmation, it updates the affected dates, records who approved the change, and tells downstream teams what moved.

  • It asks before it writes. A person confirms every proposed change. Cultivo records the approval and never edits the operation silently.
  • It speaks the crew's language. Harvest pushed two days? Clones cut this morning? Plants moved to veg? Answer in a sentence; Cultivo handles the update.
  • It surfaces conflicts without stopping work. The crew keeps moving while Cultivo sends the right issue to the right person.
  • It works where the crew already talks. Use Slack or WhatsApp without rolling out another floor application.

Morning. Trichome check on 260420-DGW says it wants 2 more days, so harvest is drifting past plan. Push harvest and ripple the downstream schedule?

Before Cultivo

The plan and the floor told different stories

Schedules, crew conversations, and compliance records described the same facility differently. Every delay required someone to reconstruct what changed and who needed to know.

Recorded result

One complete record from planning through compliance

Across 16 months, Cultivo tracked 200+ batches and 117 strains, then exported 50,316 clean ledger rows for compliance on the first pass.

The Production Planner is now in pilot at a Canadian research facility with a cultivation-science consultancy. Built from a working operating record, not a hypothetical workflow.
